Marcelle I. Cedars, MD
Director, UCSF Div. of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
Director, UCSF Embryology Laboratory

Dr. Marcelle Cedars received her medical training at the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine, completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, and did her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at UCLA. She is board certified in both reproductive endocrinology and obstetrics and gynecology. Her clinical and research interests include polycystic ovarian syndrome, the perimenopause, and assisted reproduction.

   
 

Lee Thomas Zane, MD
Assistant Professor, Department of Dermatology 

Dr. Lee Zane received his medical training at the Stanford University School of Medicine and completed his residency in dermatology at UCSF.  Dr. Zane's main clinical and research focus is on acne. He directs the Acne Specialty Practice and welcomes referrals and consultations for all acne cases. He has completed a two-year Master's in Clinical Research Program and directs the department's central Clinical Research Unit. His research efforts span a wide range of study designs exploring acne, from small prospective studies to experimental trials to health utility studies to large, population-based analyses. 

 

 

 
   

Lauri A. Pasch, PhD
Psychologist, UCSF Center for Reproductive Health

Dr. Lauri Pasch completed her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, completed her internship in behavioral medicine at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles, and completed her fellowship in psychology and medicine at UCSF. She is a licensed clinical psychologist. Her clinical and research interests include psychological aspects of reproductive medicine and women's health, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and menopause.

 
 

Gina Davis, MS, CGC
Genetic Counselor, UCSF Center for Reproductive Health

Gina Davis received bachelor's degrees in Biology and English at the University of California, Irvine, a master's degree in genetic counseling at California State University, Northridge, and obtained her board certification in genetic counseling in 2005.  Her research interests include patient decision-making, risk communication, and public health and policy efforts in reproductive genetics and reproductive medicine.

 
  Toby Morris, MS, RD
Registered Dietitian, Department of Nutrition & Food Services

Toby Morris earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies at UCLA, a master’s degree in nutrition at San Jose State University, and obtained her registered dietitian credential in 2002. Her experience includes work in nutrition therapy and wellness program planning. She provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling at UCSF Medical Center. In addition to general nutrition counseling, Toby provides specialized services for patients with HIV/AIDS, PCOS, renal failure, and diabetes and regularly speaks to groups of students and professionals on a variety of nutrition topics. An amateur chef and outdoor enthusiast, Toby is a true food lover who appreciates food’s complex role in our physical, social, and emotional lives.
